Depending on where you are located, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. 

Customers can submit a return request to our customer support within 14 days after items are delivered, and send the product back (without damaging the product and packaging).

Items MUST be returned in its original condition – unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please note that original shipping WILL NOT be refunded for any returns.

If you would like to make a return, email us at sales@nailnirvana.net specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The shipping cost of returned items is NOT covered by Nail Nirvana. Please note that the request for a return MUST be made within 14 days. Once we receive the return, we will carefully inspect all items.

Nail Nirvana will not issue refunds for returned items that arrive to us damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. **Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.

**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with exception of special holiday promotions.

Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include tracking info. 

Using pre-shaped acrylic nail extensions, we then coat each nail with your desired gel polish and decorate using nail stamping techniques, freehand drawing, and/or adding rhinestones for a beautiful finished look.  

Use our Sizing Guide to easily find your nail size. If your measurements do not match with the standard sizes, do not worry, just select ‘custom’ sizing and leave your measurements in the notes at checkout. 

Alternatively, you may purchase a sizing kit for $5. Each kit includes a nail of every size for you to select a more accurate fit. 

All products are shipped from Spring Lake, North Carolina.

With proper nail prep, adhesion, and care your press-on nails could last up to 2 weeks (if using the nail glue application method). 

Using the nail adhesive tabs can last anywhere up to 7 days. To make them last longer you will want to avoid exposing your hands to warm water. For instance, you might want to wear gloves while showering to protect your hands and help your manicure last longer. 

Every order comes equip with a toolkit that has everything you would need to apply your press-on nails. This kit includes: an instructions booklet, 2 alcohol prep pads, a cuticle pusher, a mini nail file, mini buffer, nail glue, a sheet of nail adhesive tabs (20 tabs total), and a mini cuticle oil dropper bottle.
